This baby is the real deal !!This particular model of the Gibson “Explorer” aka the “E2” was only produced for a few short years, from ‘79 to ‘83. That multilaminated Walnut/Maple body is a work of art, with an all-natural finish that really shows off the stunning multi-layer construction. Additionally, it’s equipped with a five-piece laminated Walnut/Maple neck, featuring a comfortable medium ‘C’-shaped profile.

The overall condition of this guitar is excellent, especially considering its age of over 40 years. The original frets are still in excellent condition, and while the gold hardware does show some expected oxidation, it adds a vintage charm. On the back of the guitar, there are only minor signs of playing wear. It comes with the original hard case. So, what are you waiting for ?
